Refund policy

1.RETURN AND CANCEL OF ORDER.

CLAIMS FOR PRODUCT QUALITY, PRODUCT SIZE AND OTHER CLAIMS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 12 HOURS FROM RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE, i.e. FROM THE MOMENT WHEN THE TRACKING SYSTEM IS MARKED "DELIVERED".

ITEMS MADE TO ORDER ARE NON-RETURNABLE!

For items in stock, returns are possible within 48 hours of order receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and without alterations to its size.


1.1.Cancellation Policy ( Before shipment ).

Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Return (ready-made  size)

If you buy a dress in a ready-made size and you do not need to adjust it to your figure, then the return is carried out within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order. This means that immediately after receiving the package you must try on the dress and if you want to return it, you must immediately contact the store and return the dress the next day!All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer!

If you did not notify the store of your desire to return the goods and kept the goods for more than 48 hours, then the return will be refused!

Once the item is delivered back to the store, a full refund will be issued minus the shipping costs the store paid when sending you the package.


1.2. Return (Custom made)

Dresses and other custom-made items CANNOT BE RETURNED. All sales are final, and refunds are not permitted. All our products are handcrafted, individually and to order. Each dress is meticulously crafted for the bride, considering individual measurements, parameters, and preferences. When purchasing a ready-made dress (from stock), we meticulously adjust the size to fit your figure before shipping, which also constitutes a custom order. By placing an order in our store, you acknowledge and agree to all store rules and policies.

2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROVIDED MEASUREMENTS FOR ТАILORING THE DRESS.

Your dresses will be sewn exactly according to the measurements and sizes you sent. Almost all wedding dresses are made individually according to your measurements and sizes, which you yourself remove and provide for sewing the dress. We are not responsible for the measurements you provide for tailoring the dress. Since the dresses are made remotely and cannot be tried on while sewing, we advise you to allocate additional budget to adjust the dress size at your local tailor shop, if necessary. For our part, we will do our best to make the dress fit you perfectly, but be prepared for the fact that many elements of the dress sometimes require adjustments, for example, sleeves, skirt length and shoulder straps.

2.1. PROVIDING INCORRECT MEASURES. DRESS ALTERATION.

Please note that all dresses are made without trying on and according to the measurements provided by the buyer. Some wedding dress styles may require alterations to ensure the perfect fit. When ordering a dress, make sure you have an extra budget for alterations at a local tailor.


If you entered and provided incorrect measurements for a tailoring of a dress and later discovered this, you will be charged an additional resizing fee. The amount of the additional fee will depend on the number of changes that need to be made to the size of the dress. If you do not agree with the cost of changing the size of the dress, then we will send you the dress in accordance with the measurements that you indicated when ordering. We are not responsible for your measurements!
The seller is not responsible for the sizes you provide. The seller undertakes to sew the product according to the measurements provided by the buyer.

If during the tailoring of the dress or preparation for the wedding, the buyer's weight has changed and, therefore, the dress did not fit, the seller is NOT responsible for this. The seller is responsible for tailoring the product in accordance with the dimensions provided by the buyer when placing the order.

Some elements of the wedding dress, such as straps or sleeves, the length of the skirt, in some cases, need to be adjusted to fit the figure. Please understand that remote tailoring limits our communication with you and you cannot personally try on the dress during tailoring for me to correct some elements of the dress. In some cases, I don't sew on the straps on the back so you can ask a local tailor to adjust the straps after trying on the dress. Please allocate a budget for adjusting the length of the skirt, straps and sleeves.

2.3.DETERMINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR AN INCORRECT SIZE.

Each item is carefully checked before shipping. Checking the size of the goods is carried out on the basis of measurements and parameters provided by the buyer. Namely, the tailored dress is measured with a tape measure from all sides to check the size. All steps of the size check are recorded on camera. When determining which side the error occurred on, we rely on photos of measurements of the finished dress and measurements provided by the buyer. From this it can be inferred who is responsible for the size error and so on.

 

2.3.2.PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS TO CORRECTION OF ERRORS.


The buyer must immediately contact the seller and report a problem with the product (point 2.3.). Once the cause of a problem with an item has been determined, the buyer can send the item back to the seller to have the problem fixed. Changing the size of the dress takes from 1 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of tailoring. Changes to the size of the sconce cup are carried out within 1-2 days from the receipt of the goods by the seller. After correcting the errors, the seller undertakes to send the goods to the buyer at his own expense.

Return of goods is at the expense of the buyer.

3.1.DIFFERENCES IN THE COLOR OF THE REAL PRODUCT FROM THE PHOTO.

Especially it concerns color dresses (pink, beige, ivory, champagne and others). Please pay attention to the fact that different devices transmit saturation of hues in different ways. In addition, the transfer of color affects the photographic equipment, light and shadows in the room, the angle of the goods and models. The color of the fabric is often distorted depending on the light, photos and the device on which the pictures are reproduced. The color of the dress may slightly differ from the photo (be a little darker or lighter).
There are many variations of shades of the same fabric. Even a whites shade is very much! If you have a wedding dress, and you remotely order a veil, perhaps the veil color will be different from your dress.
